This is a 1 hour 45 minute recorded class that took place in Moon's studio in South Korea.

This was Moon's first virtual workshop!

Host: Kala Stein

Translator: Joanne Seong Weon Lee

This zoom workshop from Moon's studio (South Korea) is focused on throwing porcelain moon jars.  This is a great opportunity for potters or art lovers of all levels and backgrounds to learn more about Moon's technique which is extremely different than most western style techniques.

During the demo, Moon cuts open the forms multiple times so you can see the cross-section of the pots as well as his specific hand and finger positions.
